Goals and Performance Accountability Group

Research shows that publicly committing your goals to someone gives you at least a 65% chance of completing them. However, having specific people you are accountable to increases your chance of success to 95%. (American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), March 2017).

Join the Empower Performance Accountability Group to have the best chance for sticking with your goals and supporting others in persevering with theirs. Groups are small, so you will have plenty of time to develop and get support for your goals. We will meet virtually on Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00pm.
